Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. — ISC Supply Chain Bootcamp 2026

The brief

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. envisioned a high-impact ISC Supply Chain Bootcamp that would bring together supply chain leaders, regional teams, and key contributors for a collaborative learning and recognition experience. Hosted at Marriott Resort Aravali, the multi-day residential conference was themed “Dhurandhars – Hustle Se Haasil Tak”, celebrating the determination, resilience, and operational excellence that drive the organization’s supply chain success. The event was designed to strengthen alignment, foster teamwork, share strategic insights, and recognize outstanding achievements across the ISC ecosystem.

The objective

Our objective was to create an immersive experience that combined leadership engagement, team collaboration, and employee recognition within a strong thematic narrative. Every touchpoint was designed to inspire participants, reinforce organizational values, and encourage a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement.

The delivery

ShowMonk Experiences conceptualized and executed the complete event journey for TAKHT-E-JFL, transforming the Dhurandhar theme into a memorable on-ground experience. Delegates were welcomed with personalized agent codes, custom dossier kits, and immersive themed elements that set the tone from arrival. The program featured purpose-led CSR team-building activities, engaging experiential sessions, wellness initiatives, and entertainment designed to strengthen collaboration and team spirit.

The bootcamp culminated in a grand gala evening celebrating regional milestones, team successes, and individual achievements through a memorable Rewards & Recognition ceremony.
